why u dont try to improve and developt the small medium bussines wiht developt d quality of enterpreneurship there......
cuz d important thing to build up d economic rate in d country is depend on how strong d small medium bussines there....
so we should improve d skill oh every enterpreneurer in d cambodia to maximize d bussines and make it stong...bigger...and bigger.....
if d small medium bussines are strong,that will make d macroeconomic system in d contry be better,and also d wealth rate of d people are better....

thas just my idea....
